Ed’s experience in the construction industry began in the early 1990’s. Ed has been a project manager on competitively bid and negotiated institutional, commercial, corporate, and government facilities projects. He acted as a liaison with project owners, and has expertise in strategic planning, scheduling, budgeting, estimating, contract negotiation and administration, plus value engineering. Ed joined Demand in early 2009.

Project Manager for ADP Marshall – A Fluor Company (formerly Marshall Contractors, Inc.). Semiconductor and pharmaceutical projects. Clients included IBM, Motorola, Polaroid, Pfizer, Sandoz Pharmaceuticals, Glaxo and Merck
- Project Manager for Parsons–Commercial Technologies Group. Clients included AT&T, Bellsouth, SBC, and McLeod USA
- Co-Founder/President of Focus Construction, Inc., a GC firm that served retailers
- Construction Manager for Eola Capital Partners, Inc., a company that owns, operates and manages office buildings throughout the Southeastern United States
- Project Manager for Duffey Southeast Construction, Inc., a GC specializing in telecommunications and other mission-critical service providers. Clients included the State of Florida, and Lockheed Martin
- Has analyzed claim entitlement issues, damages, delays and impacts, as well as estimating the cost of construction defect repairs
